Here's an example... The Vertibrace Product

• Metalmorphic works with a partner company to develop and produce their Vertibrace products.  Part of the profits earned from this product are donated to Breast Cancer Research.
• Part of this product requires pink Powder Coating, but the Powder Coating prep process takes a long time to do, resulting in increased cost, and correspondingly less profit to donate.
• Metalmorphic develops a rack system to enable the parts to be delivered to the Powder Coating line already stacked and perfectly spaced for spraying, resulting in less prep time for spraying = less cost = more to donate to Breast Cancer Research!

When you partner with Metalmorphic to develop a product or work on a big project, Bill likes to check exactly how that item needs to work in order to make it the most efficient and beautiful it can be.  You'll often find him up a ladder checking if a bracket could have its screw holes in a better place to make it easier to use, or taking minute measurements to get a perfect fit in a piece of architecture.
